Le MondeEuropean and Greek negotiators agree on a global aid plan. The negotiators from Athens, the Commission, the ECB and the IMF reached on Tuesday an agreement on a third bailout plan for Greece.

Les EchosChina’s surprise move to boost growth. Central bank devalued Yuan by 2% on Tuesday to revive growth. Drop in the oil market, automobile and luxury shares affected.

GERMANY

Frankfurter Allgemeine (FAZ)Syriza’s Left wing outraged over “Guillotine Memorandum.” On Thursday, the Greek Parliament will decide on the agreement reached with creditors.

Sueddeutsche ZeitungTsipras ahead of new showdown. After two weeks of negotiations, Greece and its creditors have agreed on the conditions for a third rescue programme.

ITALY

La RepubblicaChina devalues its currency, roiling markets. Agreement reached in Athens. Beijing has made a move to keep its export market healthy, causing panic on stock markets around the world. Greek crisis is coming to an end as the Eurogroup announces that a deal will be reached by Friday.

Il Sole 24 OreChina devalues its currency and surprises stock markets. Beijing’s decision frightens markets, Milan plummets by -1,12%.

POLAND

Gazeta WyborczaPutin’s lost war. Russia quietened media upheaval around destroying Western food. Local television no longer shows bulldozers smashing cheese and furnaces burning ham as the Kremlin came to realise that it was a propaganda failure.

SPAIN 

El PaisPSOE’s regional leaders opposed to Catalonia’s special treatment. Andalusia and Castile-La Mancha’s leaders warn that they will not accept tax privileges, such as the ones required by Catalonian Socialists.

ExpansionGreek bailout to cost Spain €10 billion. The deal forces the Greek government to approve a new reform and a tax adjustment plan.

UK
