EUROPEAN HEADLINES

A number of European Union countries are rejecting applications for asylum from Ukrainians, saying that vast stretches of their country still remain safe from the separatist conflict in the east.

Baltic Times – Grybauskaite: Co-operation between Lithuania, Poland and Ukraine strengthens regional security. Lithuanian president Dalia Grybauskaite met with officials in the sixth Interparliamentary Assembly of Lithuania, Poland and Ukraine. The meeting is intended to increase interparliamentary cooperation between the three countries.
